Bike Circuits

Do you like biking and our wonderful North Shore BC coastal scenery?  Do you want to try a different style of work out?  Fowler Fit combines strength, core and balance stations in the forest to balance out the cardio of bicycling.  Join us as you bike on paved roads through the pristine BC rain forest.  Guaranteed to be a bike ride and work out to leave you refreshed while earning that “burn” out in Mother Nature.  The best part is the downhill home!

Trail Circuits

Tired of the Grouse Grind?  There are plenty of quieter and more beautiful trails to explore.  And with Fowler Fit leading the way, you are assured a fun, safe and incredibly invigorating work out.  Utilizing the bounty gifts that Mother Nature has given us, Fowler Fit creatively blends our natural resources and varied exercise tools to make this walking/ jogging strength training circuit one of the best kept secrets in Vancouver.  They don’t call it Mother Nature’s stair master for nothing!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Outdoor Boot Camps

As always, Fowler Fit utilizes the best tools Mother Nature has to offer and man-made ones as well.  These classes are varied, fun and never boring.  Outdoor boot camps are held at Noon and 5PM M-F.  weekends by apt only.  They are held at various locations in North Vancouver.  Call Heather at 778 549-8664 or email for more info and/or rain plans.
